Estos factores clave, junto con los conocimientos de estos jóvenes enólogos, hicieron que esos vinos se convirtieran en excepcionales y únicos.

El sommelier seleccionará algunas de las mejores bodegas del Priorat donde podréis probar en catas personalizadas, vinos que os pondrán la piel de gallina. Además comeremos en una bodega-restaurante donde degustaremos la típica gastronomía de la región, acompañada de los vinos elaborados allí mismo.

Si quieres entender porqué los vinos del Priorat son tan únicos y visitar 2 de las bodegas más importantes del Priorat, ¡este es tu tour! ¿Por qué el suelo de licorella marca la diferencia? ¿Por qué las viñas viejas producen vinos tan excepcionales? Estos son algunos de los factores clave que dan como resultado tanta calidad. Acabaremos las visitas en sus encantadoras salas de cata donde disfrutarás deliciosos vinos con carácter muy marcado.
En la preciosa bodega-restaurante Clos Figueres nos servirán una comida tradicional catalana maridada con algunos de sus vinos.
- 8h – El sommelier os recogerá en vuestro hotel de Barcelona y conducirá en un cómodo coche/furgoneta.
Durante el viaje, el guía explicará e introducirá a la historia y tradición del vino del Priorat. - 10h – Primera visita a una bodega, con explicación de su historia, proceso de elaboración y cata final de sus vinos.

He provided excellent information on the history of the region, background on the winemakers and vineyards as well as details of each of the wines and cavas we tasted. We had a terrific day exploring wineries of the Penedès region. Enric was a fantastic host! He had a personal relationship at each of the wineries; it felt very exclusive and special. Superb Penedes wine tour with Enric. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of Spanish wines and engaging. The three wineries we visited all offered a broad selection of white, red and cava, including some grapes that are a bit unusual but delicious. Our hosts at each of the wineries were enthusiastic and welcoming. The so-called "light lunch" at the last winery was substantial and delicious. Highly recommended.

He grew up there so was full of information about the area, culture as well as wine and the wine region. We decided to visit two wineries one including lunch. Our first experience was seeing the discouragement of champagne in person. What a treat! I really enjoyed it. This was the most high-end, exclusive wine tour we have been on. We were first met by Emma, a sommelier who is not only extremely knowledgeable about the wine in the region, but has an amazing personality that makes the tour even more special. Emma was so great that we booked a separate tour with her later in the week.We then visited three different vineyards -- each unique in their approach to winemaking. The vineyards selected highlight the range of the excellent wine in the region. The visits feel very exclusive and you have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the winemaking process. The lunch at the last vineyard was high-quality and exactly what we needed to cap off a really special day -- definitely a highlight of our trip to Barcelona.

Ens va agradar molt l'experiència. Del grup que érem hi havia dues persones que no fèien la cata (Perquè no els agrada el vi) i també ho vàren disfrutar a l'hora d'identificar olors. L'Enric molt atent, i sap com fer mantenir l'interès durant tota la cata. Ho recomanaré a amics.
