Un magnífic docent i enòleg ens ha ensenyat durant dos dies com fer un tast de vins i hem tastat uns vins excel·lents. Molt bona experiència!

L Enric ens va organitzar un cap de setmana inoblidable per el Priorat, visitarem 4 cellers i cada un d ells va tenir el seu encant, també ens va reservar els restaurants on desfruitarem de la gastronomia local exquisida amb gent fabulosa que ens varen fer sentir com a casa. Esperem tenir mes ocasions per repetir experiència. Enhorabona per la teva professionalitat i atenció rebuda ha esta un vertader plaer, gràcies.

My wife and I scheduled to visit three wineries in the Priorat wine region. We knew nothing about this area, but since it is better known for red wines (our preference), it seemed like the best place to go. Enric picked us up at our Barcelona apartment in his very nice and clean car. He spoke to us about the area during the trip there. After a quick stop at a very nice bakery, we arrived in the old medieval town of Porrera (population 470). The town was fabulous, and all three wineries were there. We proceeded first to a rustic (here, a good word) family-owned winery that was established in 1780, and tasted several wonderful wines. The next stop was similar, but we tasted the wines atop a mountain in the winery’s vineyards. Again, excellent wines! Our final destination was a very modern winery for lunch and, of course, more wines. It should be noted that while we purchased wines from all of the wineries, we never felt pressured to do so. Moreover, Enric will handle all of the shipping back to the U.S., once the local temperatures cool. It should also be noted that on the way back to Barcelona, Enric stated that many of his clients sleep on the way back, which I did. I am told my wife and he continued to talk wines during the return trip.

Overall, maybe the best winery tour we have ever had, and we have had many! Thanks Enric!

I booked this Private tour to the Priorat region of Spain with Enric for my birthday present. I couldn't have had a better birthday. Enric was the perfect host, driver and sommelier. He arranged a terrific line up of 3 wineries, including a very special one that normally doesn't take visitors. All the wineries were stunning, and the wines were excellent. If you have the chance and are looking for a for a 5 star wine tour, Enric and Taca de vi is the one to choose(even if you have to rearrange your travel schedule to fit him in). You will not go wrong.

Enric set us up with his colleague, Emma, to tour Can Bas winery. Rob (Can Bas employee), gave us a great tour full of history and Emma topped it off with plentiful information during our wine tasting and delicious food. 10/10 highly recommend

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience with Lluba. She was a great guide, very knowledgeable about local history and geography, as well as the different wines produced in the area. The vineyards we visited were very well taken care of, and the wines were delicious and multifaceted. We received a short but thorough lesson in wine tasting and our host at the winery was wonderfully gracious. All the food provided was delicious and a vegetarian option was provided for me as well! Thanks to Sara at Vinoteca L’Olivera, & Enric and Lluba with Tacadevi for such a beautiful end to our trip!

I booked a winery tour as a birthday surprise during our recent trip to Barcelona and Enric helped to arrange a wonderful day with one of his best sommeliers, Ricard. Enric and Ricard communicated with me prior to arriving in Spain and make the arrangements and pick-up as smooth as possible. It was wonderful to have Ricard be our guide to ask questions about the area, history and the wine - he was very knowledgeable being a winemaker himself. The wineries were amazing and every single selection in the tastings were outstanding! The lunch and hosts at both wineries were also a delight making our day very special and memorable. Whenever we're back in Spain, we'll be in touch - thank you Ricard, Enric and Tacadevi!

Hicimos una cata de vinos en casa con el sommelier Nani Ramon y nos encanto! fue muy amable, pudo esperar porque tuvimos uan demora y aparte trajo unos vinos bonissimos y explico cosas interesantes que hasta los amantes de vino como nosotros no sabiamos. totalmente recomendable y el precio vale la pena!

I booked a private tour with Enric for myself and my two cousins. We had the most excellent day with Enric. He brought us to some amazing wineries, guided us through tastings and was just the most pleasant, professional, friendly, knowledgeable guy to spend the day with. Enric even picked up a bottle of wine that was oxidised that we were trying, let them know so we could properly taste the wines. He’s clearly respected among the vignerons. We could not have asked for a better tour and I would highly recommend taking a tour with Taca de Vi.

We had a fabulous day on the Wine Tasting Tour, with our sommelier Enric Catala. The wineries were excellent, being managed by people with real passion for Spanish wine. The tastings and guidance coming from Enric was first rate. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

We decided to visit two wineries one including lunch. Our first experience was seeing the discouragement of champagne in person. What a treat! I really enjoyed it. Great wine with a personal tour from someone working at each winery.
We felt like we were in the best hands, and with the best company. We would highly recommend this company, and if you have a chance to have Xavi as your guide you’re in luck!

I’m not sure this review can even give the justice Enric and his tour deserves. My wife and I did the 3 winery Penedes wine tour and absolutely loved it! Enric is a very knowledgable guide, not only on wines, but the area we visited, cheeses, food pairings, etc; what a wealth of knowledge.

Enric picked 3 beautiful wineries that were all so unique and different from each other that we got a great feel for the entire wine region. We started off with a very picturesque winery where the tour guide there was also a Somm. She walked us through a wonderful array of wines and explained in fascinating detail how cava is made and the history and projects this winery is working on. We then went to a small, boutique winery where the owner is a one woman job. She was very knowledgable as well and her wines and bottles were memorable. We finished at an elegant estate winery where the tour guide Nuria took us through the cellar where they keep their Grand Cru Cava (one of 10 in the world I believe). And we finished with a tasting with a delicious local style lunch.

I cannot recommend this tour enough; it is worth every penny!

I have never written a Google review before, but I was so impressed with my recent wine tour with Enric and Tacadevi to Priorat that I really must!

We did the private tour to Priorat from Barcelona as part of a birthday vacation. We also included the 4x4 drive of our first vineyard. In my opinion, the 4x4 drive is an absolute MUST. It made the whole day for me. (And it was only stop number one!) We were overlooking a mountain range, sitting in the actual vineyard where the grapes were grown for the wine we were tasting - it was truly fantastic.

Enric was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and a great host. He picked us up from our hotel in Barcelona and, from then on, the entire day felt like a VIP experience.
I was really impressed with his selection of wineries. Each one felt special and different from the next. With great individual guides, great food, and really great wine. (And none of the those big, corporate places to be found, thankfully!)

I actually looked at a couple different companies and a few different tours before choosing this one. I am so happy with what I chose. If you are doing the same thing, look no further and book this one right now! I'd give it 10-Stars if Google allowed it.

We booked the Penedes Winery tour with Enric as part of our honeymoon and had an absolutely great time. After getting home we agreed it one of our favorite things we did abroad and would absoultely recommend the tour or an excursion with Enric to anyone looking for a fun experience in Spain.

We spent a wonderful day with Enric on a combined wine and bike tour through the beautiful landscapes of Penedes. Enric was an excellent guide and most important extremely knowledgeable about wines in general and Penedes area in particular. To top it off the day ended with a fantastic lunch at A T Roca vineyard with spectacular views. We would highly recommend Enric and this tour.

We did the Montserrat and wine tour. Our tour guide, Lluba, was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She drove us to Montserrat and showed us around, and then we went to Can Bas Winery and there was a nice tour and lunch provided. We want to come back and do Priorat next! Thanks Lluba and Enric!

Excellent tour, with knowledgeable tour guide, who is a local owner of a small winery. Enric goes above and beyond to ensure that the tour is tailored to your requests and that everything runs smoothly (he even brought my phone back to our hotel when I forgot it in our tour guide’s car). Penedes is a beautiful region of Spain and definitely worth a visit!

We booked the Penedes winery tour with Tacadevi and I would say it was the highlight of our trip to Barcelona! Enric communicated with us prior to our arrival in Spain, picked us up at our hotel right on time, and was very knowledgeable about all things wine! It was delightful to spend the day with him. Superb Penedes wine tour with Enric. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of Spanish wines and engaging. The three wineries we visited all offered a broad selection of white, red and cava, including some grapes that are a bit unusual but delicious. Our hosts at each of the wineries were enthusiastic and welcoming. The so-called "light lunch" at the last winery was substantial and delicious. Highly recommended.

Hemos pasado un momento muy ameno y divertido, las explicaciones muy bien, hicimos la cata con maridaje de quesos y un pequeño juego de preguntas. Los quesos estaban muy ricos. Totalmente recomendable.

This review is well overdue. We were in Barcelona in October 2024 and were fortunate enough to find Enric and his tour offerings. He was responsive, accessible and set us up with a tour exactly matching our requests. The tour guide was a wonderful winemaker who was knowledgeable and provided us with insights and descriptions of the wine making and tasting process. It went flawless. When, not if, we return, another tour will be the first on our adventure on our itinerary!
